JOB PURPOSE

To work within the medical team to assist with daily administrative tasks related to and unrelated to COVID-19.

 

SCOPE OF ROLE

  • Organization of the administrative hospital procedure in consultation with the Doctor.
  • Support of the medical team with administrative tasks related to and unrelated to COVID-19.
  • Input data into spreadsheets adhering to Public Health England requirements.
  • Be available for administration support during medical emergencies.
  • Prepare paperwork for disembarkation – Help prepare logs for CDC, audit, and other purposes.
  • Read, understand and comply with the Crew regulations and all requirements relating to the position. Take part as required in all emergency drills and emergency duties. Wear the prescribed uniform and name badge.

 

SKILLS-SET NEEDED

  • Training and recognition as a medical assistant.
  • Very good knowledge of electronic data processing.
  • Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Independence, independent work, and the ability to work in a team.

 

TRAVEL DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess a valid passport and seaman book.
