MSC VACANCIES
Shosholoza Ocean Academy recruits on behalf of MSC Cruises in full compliance with the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC). We do not charge any fees for seafarer recruitment or job placement.
Please note that all candidates are required to complete mandatory maritime qualifications and certifications before joining a vessel. The cost of these required courses may amount to approximately R20,000 and remains the responsibility of the applicant. These fees are payable directly to accredited training providers.
Following a successful interview, our team will guide and support you throughout the qualification and onboarding process to ensure you are fully prepared for employment at sea.
At Shosholoza Ocean Academy, we are committed to integrity, transparency, and quality.

If your interview is successful, the Shosholoza Ocean Academy team will guide you through the required qualifications, documentation, and onboarding process to prepare you for joining your assigned vessel.
