In accordance with the South African POPIA coming into effect on July 1st 2021, it is incumbent on SOA to ensure that we obtain consent from all of our crew members assigned to us in order for us to process personal data for operational use. Should you not provide your consent, we will be unable to continue providing you with our contractual service related to your employment with MSC Cruises.
