The stage is set for hours of onboard entertainment, from themed shows to thrilling interactive experiences.
Six full-scale theatre productions were revealed today as being among the entertainment highlights onboard MSC Seascape when she sets sail on her maiden voyage in November – bringing Broadway to her guests even before they reach New York.
The high-concept productions are among the many thrilling entertainment options onboard our newest Seaside class flagship.
Six new productions at the Chora Theatre
The six new shows joining the ship’s exciting programme include:
the ocean-themed IMAGINOCEAN with flying acts and animal puppetry;
the imaginary world of DREAMSCAPE;
concert-style rock classics courtesy of IN CONCERT;
a nostalgic look back through cinematic history with PREMIERE;
and a spin around the dance floor with SHALL WE DANCE.
One final show, LOVE BLOOMS, in which a garden comes to life, completes the ship’s new theatrical offering.
Steve Leatham, our Global Head of Entertainment, described MSC Seascape as an exciting addition to the company’s Seaside Class of ships: “Inspired, as she is, by New York City, home to world-famous Broadway shows and musical productions, it seems only fitting that MSC Seascape will feature spectacular new shows and full-scale productions that will dazzle our guests.”
Lively entertainment from dawn until dusk
More unforgettable entertainment will also feature on board the ship in Le Cabaret Rouge. Inspired by the French cabaret lounges of the 1920s, the lounge will feature exhilarating performances by aerialists, contortionists, dancers, singers and many other speciality acts, it will bring the Roaring 20’s back to life for our guests.
Fans of high-tech entertainment need not be disappointed either, as they will be able to immerse themselves in the experiences on offer throughout the cruise, from the first-of-its-kind ROBOTRON amusement ride that we announced earlier this month to the Formula Racer simulator and XD cinema.
